From the Owner:

 My Dad started Camellia Trophy Shop in 1958.  We were originally called Camellia   Bowling Supply.  We eventually became Camellia Trophy Shop and added the specialties division about 18 years ago (ad specialties).  
The awards industry has grown and changed over the years, but some things remain the same. My Dad taught me a long time ago about customer service- “Go for 100% satisfaction.”  Seem impossible?  Maybe so, but we go above and beyond to achieve it.  

In starting this website, my first concern is how we were going to give the customer the best service without being face to face.  Then, we realized that we are already doing this.  Many of our customers only communicate through e-mails and phone calls.  We have developed great business relationships and even friendships this way. With today’s modern communication and shipping methods, we can serve our customers across America just as easily as we can service our customers here in town.  Always remember that we are only an e-mail or a phone call away.
